7.1 Community Standards:
- Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor within the community forums, online groups, and during live sessions.
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
Participants are expected to not promote their own services, or products within the community unless given permission.

7.2 Intellectual Property:
- Any content shared within the community forums or groups, including but not limited to discussions, posts, and materials, is intended for the exclusive use of community members.
- Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share community content outside of the designated platforms without explicit permission.

7.3 Right to Remove Participants:
- Australian Property Planners Association Pty Ltd trading as Wayne Botha reserves the right to remove any participant from the community, course, or program for violating these community guidelines or engaging in conduct deemed detrimental to the community or program.
- This includes, but is not limited to, disruptive behavior, repeated violations of guidelines, or any actions that negatively impact the learning environment.

- Removal decisions are at the sole discretion of Australian Property Planners Association Pty Ltd trading as Wayne Botha.

- No refunds will be given if a participant is removed due to breaches of these terms.

7.4 Reporting Violations:

- Participants are encouraged to report any violations of these community guidelines to [email protected].

8. Disclaimer of Liability (Revised to Include Community):

Australian Property Planners Association Pty Ltd trading as Wayne Botha is not responsible for the actions or opinions of other community members. Participants are solely responsible for their own interactions and contributions within the community.

9. Termination (Revised to Include Community):

Australian Property Planners Association Pty Ltd trading as Wayne Botha may terminate a participant's access to the course, community, or program for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or community guidelines.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State, e.g., New South Wales] Australia.  

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith mediation. The mediation shall take place in Brisbane QLD, Australia, unless otherwise agreed. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation within 21 days, either party may pursue legal action.
